1. Brew chosen tea, pour into tea cup.
2. Place brandy spoon over tea cup, resting arms on edge.
3. Center a sugar cube in the bowl of the brandy spoon.
4. Gently pour alcohol into bowl of brandy spoon, watching the sugar cube absorb the alcohol, stopping before any waterfalls over and into the tea below.
5. Dim the lights, strike a match and holding lit match to the alcohol, set the liquid ablaze.
6. Admire the dancing blue flame hovering over the tea, the bubbling of the sugar cube, and the burning of the alcohol.
7. When flame quenches, dump contents of brandy spoon into the tea, stir gently, and sip away!
