Keemun is one of the most famous black teas in the world. Mao Feng Keemun is a wild cultivar, full leaf, high grade Keemun tea from Anhui, China. With a sweet, slightly roasted, full-bodied flavor, and no bitterness or unpleasantness while drinking it. You don't know Mao Feng, until you've drunk this Mao Feng. From lower to higher grade: Grand Keemun, Hao Ya B, Hao Ya A, Mao Feng.
MAO FENG KEEMUN
1. Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil.
2. Swirl boiling water in the teapot or mug for 1 minute to warm it up, discard water.
3. For each cup of tea place 1 level teaspoon of tea leaves in the tea infuser (a three finger pinch works better for these leaves - using thumb, pointer and middle finger, grab the volume of leaves equal to the size of a grape).
4. Pour boiling water over tea leaves, cover and brew for 4 minutes.
5. Remove infuser and leaves, and serve.
6. Can be rebrewed several times, adding 1 additional minute to the brew time.
