PEACH ICED TEA
COLD BREWING METHOD:
1. Place 1 teabag in a 2 quart pitcher.
2. Fill with fresh, cold water, cover and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 2 hrs.
3. Remove tea bag from pitcher and discard.
4. Serve tea over ice.
This cold overnight brew delivers lower tannins in the final product.
HOT BREWING METHOD:
1. Bring 2 quarts water to a rolling boil.
2. Pour hot water over tea bag in a 2 quart heat safe container.
3. Brew for 5 minutes, remove tea bag and discard.
4. Allow tea to cool.
5. Serve tea over ice.
